Shooting Masterclass: Technique, Mechanics and Game Application
The BIT-LAB Shooting Masterclass lesson is dedicated to developing a more conscious, effective and repeatable shooting motion. The work focuses on building shooting mechanics, body alignment, balance, release and the ability to maintain execution quality in dynamic situations.
During the session, athletes will work on different types of shots, from stop-and-shoot situations to pull-up shooting, with constant attention to the connection between technical execution and real game application. The focus is not only on performing the movement correctly, but also on reading timing, space and game situations connected to shooting.
The lesson also integrates situational work, decision-making and video analysis to help each athlete better understand mistakes, areas for improvement and the key elements of their shooting motion. The goal is to build a shot that is more reliable, stable and effective under pressure.
🎯 Special Guest: Andrea Pastore
A professional player and current captain of Benacquista Assicurazioni Latina Basket, Andrea Pastore brings extensive experience and a strong basketball identity. After returning to Latina for the 2025/26 season, he once again took on a central role in the team, contributing leadership, game knowledge and technical consistency.
During the season he remained an important part of the team’s journey, returning to the lineup after a brief muscular issue early in the campaign. By March 2026, Latina was on an important winning run and Pastore continued to feature in game reports as captain and a reference point for the group.
His presence in the Masterclass gives athletes practical insight into shooting technique, managing decisive moments and applying the shooting motion in real game situations. Beyond professional experience, he brings a concrete understanding of what makes a shooter reliable, effective and repeatable at a high level.
